In order to facilitate the Consular Section services for applicants, The Libyan People’s Bureau (the Consular Section) wishes to inform all applicants for the consular services and the entry visa to the Great Jamahiriya’s of the following policy:

1- The applicant must submit the application for the visa or the consular services directly to the Consular Section or to the People’s Bureau.  The application must include the phone number and the address of the applicant.

2- The applicant must pay the fees in cheque or money order; no cash will be accepted, as indicated in the Libyan People’s Bureau (Consular Section) Website.

3- The applicant has to deal directly with the Consular Section; the Consular Section will not deal with any person or agency other than the applicant himself.

- Diplomatic and special passports holders are exempted.

- The Consular Section is not responsible for any delay resulting from not abiding by the requirements indicated in the visa or the consular services forms.

Libyan Nationals

Non-Libyan Nationals

•   VISA Application     

1- Send your Full address & Telephone     Number.
2- The documents can be sent by mail.
3- Payments can be either given by a money order or Cash on final receipt of documents.

4-Please note that Pictures sent must be stamped at the Photographer and that the photograph date can not be more than 15 days older than the application date. Also Bring a Prepaid return envelop.
